BIRTH FAMILY SERVICES AND ADOPTIVE FAMILY VISITS TO VIETNAM

Over the past year four families in Europe and the U.S. have requested our services to make a difference in the lives of their adopted children's birth families in Vietnam. We have searched for birth parents, coordinated mental health services, and brought adoptive families to visit, all with the expert guidance and translation services of our staff.

Based on our experiences over the past year, we have come up with financial guidelines for these services. Our current fee schedule is $20 per hour for planning and travel (up to $200 per day for overnight trips) plus actual expenses (such as transportation and hospital admission for birth parent). We can provide references from families who have traveled to Vietnam with their children to visit their birth families, taken trips to Ha Long Bay, and provided help to birth parents through Families In Vietnam.
